Essential Sounds is a North East based audio visual hire and production company. We started out in 2006 as a one man band...Richard Lee, trading as Essential Sounds. Richard still runs the business, but today we are Essential Sounds Limited.
We have a hand full of passionate, friendly and highly skilled people who love what they do. We've all met a grumpy Sound Engineers or antisocial lampy; Not at Essential Sounds!
Pricing is a big factor for most of us. Our pricing is extremely competitive. We know this from extensive price comparisons we regularly undertake. We also try and beat any like-for-like offering in the UK. And all done without compromising on quality.
So how can we do this? The simple answer is that we are a flexible dynamic organisation carrying very little overheads. We don't have flash offices, company cars or any greedy shareholders to please! So we can still offer super-low pricing, a quality service, and still make a profit. You win, we win.
Our business largely relies on referrals, and it is our refreshing attitude to this that has brought us new customers, and has allowed us to retain friends too.
We are real people who all live in the North East. You can contact us 8AM - 8PM Monday to Friday. Saturdays 9AM - 4PM and Sunday we are closed. If you get into trouble and require a last minute item out of hours, simply text 88440 + 'hire' and we'll call you back ASAP.
We understand that you are entrusting us with key events in your business, charity or personal life. This is not a responsibility we take very lightly. You only get one chance to get it right. If we get it wrong, its also reflects on you. Our customers can also rest assured that the services we provide is rigorously carried out. All of our equipment is inspected upon return and then again going out.
